What is your cancellation policy?

All bookings have travel fees (unless otherwise specified by your traveling stylist). You can reschedule or cancel up until 24 hours before you book. We recommend to utilize the $10 deposit (Integrity Fee) option as any deposit or haircut paid for in full is non-refundable within 24 hours of booking. Also if barber or hairdresser shows up to the address you provided and no ones there, you’re still liable for the travel fee despite NOT having to pay for the haircut.

If Valley Mobile Haircuts cancels an appointment OR terminates a client’s service-contract for any reason the entire down payment OR package charge will gladly be fully refunded within one week.
